Excision of Parameatal Urethral Cyst

Abstract

|
|
Parameatal urethral cyst is a very rare congenital anomaly and very few cases has been reported in the literature. The usual age of presentation is early to late childhood. It is usually asymptomatic in infancy. The usual symptom are spraying or deflection of urinary stream and poor cosmesis. Complete excision of the cyst is required for treatment and prevention of recurrence. We report 2 cases of parameatal urethral cyst in 24-year-old and 38-year-old male.
